My favourite weekend spots in Melbourne

Everybody enjoys a weekend coffee. Melbourne is swarming with great food and coffee. More and more people are understanding what good coffee is and are prepared to travel to taste the perfect cup. Specialty coffee has influenced the way we think about, and taste, coffee. It has also led to an influx of third wave cafes.

I've put together places that I often visit over the weekend and that have left a great impression. In my opinion, these places have great coffee (filter coffee is an option), the food is great and the atmosphere has a relaxed weekend vibe. There are many more great cafes out there but I can't get to them all as I live in East Brunswick.
